David Walsh
Managing Director
David founded Cloudbreak Capital Partners with the goal of assisting growth companies to access various sources of capital.

Prior to founding Cloudbreak Capital Partners, David held a senior investment banking positions with Wilsons Advisory, and previously at Goldman Sachs, Greenstone Partners and EY.
​
David is an experienced investment banker who has extensive deal experience having executed over 50 transactions across a variety of industries and incorporating the full suite of investment banking products (M&A and financing alternatives across the capital structure).

David is a computer engineer by training, and has strong interest and experience advising growth companies in multiple sectors including technology, healthcare and industrials. ​​​​​

Over a 30 year career, Andrew has held senior investment banking positions with JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and UBS.
